Our Pastor

Rev D. Blair Sorrey is a native of Montague, PEI who currently lives in Brudenell with his wife Dianne. Pastor Sorrey is a graduate of Montague Regional High and Northeast Christian College in Fredericton, New Brunswick. His wife is also a graduate of NCC and she is formally from the Hatfield Point area of southern New Brunswick. Pastor Sorrey was ordained with the United Pentecostal Church International in the spring of 2007. The UPCC is affiliated with and under the advice of this body.

Pastor Sorrey oversaw construction of the United Pentecostal Community Chapel in 2006. This has been a labor of love for him and his wife as they endeavour to reach souls with the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is their sincere desire to see a revival in eastern PEI that will empower people to have a born again experience just like the New Testament Church taught. They believe the answer that Peter gave in Acts 2:38 when asked about the plan of salvation is critical for all souls to hear. It made a difference in their lives and they wish to share this truth with others who are hungry for a deeper relationship with our soon coming King.
